Osborne Clarke in Italy is looking to hire an Associate to join our Corporate M&A team in Rome.

Our selection process

If your profile fits we will contact you to arrange a first interview which may be held remotely or in person. If the first interview goes well you will pass to a second stage which will include a short interview in English.

The ideal candidate

  • has graduated in Law with an excellent academic record;
  • has accrued at least two or three years' experience (2-3 PQE);
  • has an excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
  • has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork, also in international settings;
  • is precise, proactive and pragmatic in their work.
