Description

We are looking for a Junior Associate lawyer to join the Employment team who:

  • has 2 to 3 years of experience in employment law with a focus on termination of employment, restructuring, GDPR in HR, transfer of undertakings, comp & ben or international mobility;
  • is a native Dutch speaker with a good command of the other national language, and with an excellent knowledge of English;
  • possesses a Belgian law degree with excellent academic results; a Master's degree in English is a plus;
  • is innovative and hands‑on, ready to contribute actively to our growing employment team and take on responsibility with appropriate guidance;
  • is a true team player, with an international mindset;
  • is rigorous, precise, pro-active and pragmatic;
  • has good oral and written communications skills.
