International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Elixirr international plc, the award-winning, global challenger consultancy, on its successful move from AIM to listing in the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List and admission to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange. The market capitalisation of Elixirr on admission was c.£325 million.

Osborne Clarke advised Elixirr on its successful admission to trading on AIM in July 2020 and has supported it since.

Cancellation of the company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM and admission of such shares to the ESCC category of Official List and to trading on the Main Market took place today, 1 July 2025.  Peel Hunt LLP acted as sponsor.

"Moving onto the Main Market is a natural next step in our evolution as a high-growth listed business and reflects the scale, maturity and ambition of our firm. It will provide us a stronger platform to elevate our brand profile, attract global talent and continue building the best consultancy firm in the world. The team at Osborne Clarke have been instrumental in partnering with us to make this happen. I use the word ‘partner’ deliberately - they have guided us over the past few years since working with us to get onto AIM in 2020, and we are looking forward to working with them going forward on the Main Market to make each other even more successful."

Graham Busby, Co-Founder and Deputy CEO of Elixirr

The Osborne Clarke team that advised Elixirr on the transaction was led by Head of Equity Capital Markets Jon King who was assisted by Associate Directors Stuart Miller and Ed Nisbet, Senior Associate Oliver Woods, Associates John Annan and Gemma Boucher, Trainee Solicitor Molly Davies and Solicitor Apprentice Sasha Dornan. Incentives advice was provided by Partner Michael Carter and Associate Maryam Khalifa.
