Osborne Clarke advises in the sale of a biogas plant to the Blu H-Energy and Abrdn joint venture

Osborne Clarke advised Azienda Agricola Soffiantini S.r.l. in the sale of a biogas plant to the joint venture between Blu H-Energy and Abrdn.

This was a strategic transaction with the aim of recoverting the plant into a dedicated plant for the production of biomethane,  fuelled by agricultural biomass and agro-industrial by-products.


The firm acted with a team led by partner Giovanni Penzo, assisted by associate Myriam Ambrosio.
