Main features
Collaboration across departments: Usually, any input for a project around international data transfers has to be provided by different departments. The Data Transfer Manager is a collaborative tool which allows each department to enter their input independently, while at the same time providing the data protection team with a central overview and enabling them to steer the departments. Our user-friendly SaaS solution is accessible by the entire firm with no installation required. It enables users to determine the necessity and types of safeguards necessary to reach the desired level of protection. This simple-to-use tool can be utilised by business department as well as legal and data protection experts.
Central database: The departments can enter any information on their relevant data transfers into the tool thus ensure a structured overview of all data transfers.
Integrated process management: The process defined and required by the EDPB for assessing third-country data transfers has already been integrated into the tool.
Dashboard and overview: A central dashboard presents a comprehensive and easy-to-navigate overview of the whole project. Create and document new “cases” for individual assessments from there. During further creation useful tips on entering transfer parameters and buttons with legal explanations are structured shown.
User guide: User Guide: The Data Transfer Manager‘s Guide offers intuitive user guidance throughout the assessment process.
