Steve Wilson announced as Osborne Clarke's US Managing Partner

Osborne Clarke continues to invest in its international growth strategy with the appointment of Steve Wilson as Managing Partner for its United States operations. He takes over the newly created role with immediate effect.

Having launched in the US in 2000, Osborne Clarke has offices and teams in New York City, San Francisco and Silicon Valley that work closely with US sector clients looking to expand globally.

An English-qualified lawyer with extensive experience of advising American-headquartered clients, Steve Wilson launched Osborne Clarke’s New York office in 2016 and previously spent nine years leading the firm’s West Coast operations. Steve is a registered Foreign Legal Consultant in California and New York, vice-chair of the private equity and venture capital committee of the Business Section of the American Bar Association and a Board Member of the St George’s Society of New York.
