Osborne Clarke was the only firm, among a shortlist of ten, that was highly commended in the diversity and inclusion category at the Modern Law Awards last night. The firm was recognised for its efforts during the last year in showing strong commitment to the promotion of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Now in its eighth year, the Access Legal Modern Law Awards showcase and set the benchmarks for best practice in the diverse, challenging and exciting landscape of law.

Osborne Clarke is ranked joint number one for its outstanding culture by Roll on Friday's Law Firm of the Year satisfaction survey and recognised as the British Legal Awards 2021 UK Law Firm of the Year.  The Firm received a silver award for its LGBTQ+ commitment and efforts having jumped 159 places in Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, now 113th out of 403 and 16th of 34 in the legal sector, and also improved its 2021 UK Social Mobility Index performance, jumping 33 places to now rank 48th out of 203 participating employers.

Osborne Clarke's Managing Partner, Ray Berg, also made The Lawyer's Hot100 list in 2022, and was highlighted for his work and on-going dedication in supporting the firm's clients, people and improving the sector as whole.
