Osborne Clarke has advised Banco BPM S.p.A, as lending bank, mandated lead arranger and agent bank, in the context of the transaction aimed at financing the purchase of two healthcare facilities located in central Italy by the "Fondo Antirion AEsculapius", a closed-end, reserved alternative real estate mutual fund managed by Antirion SGR S.p.A, assisted, in turn, by Eversheds Sutherland.

Osborne Clarke's team was led by partner Andrea Pinto assisted, on financing issues, by associate Laura Cipollone and trainee Sofia Stefani and, on administrative law aspects, by associate Angelo Maria Quintieri.

Eversheds Sutherland advised Antirion SGR S.p.A. in the negotiation and execution of the financing transaction with a team led by Daniela Viaggio, Of Counsel, assisted by principal associate Angelo Alfonso Speranza and associate Angela Costanzo, with the support of Giuseppe La Rosa, Of Counsel, on administrative law aspects.
