Osborne Clarke advised the Municipality of Rozzano in the ambit of the project financing for the extension, requalification and management of the Municipality’s district heating system, and the concession for the services of management, maintenance, efficiency and energy requalification of the publically-owned electricity plants.

(agent) and Energy System S.r.l. (principal), promoter of the tender procedure and assisted, from the presentation of the project financing proposal, by Cappelli RCCD.
