Osborne Clarke announces the joining of Benedetta Mussini within the Public Law & Infrastructure team in Italy.
Benedetta, who joins as a partner, specializes in administrative law and focuses on urban planning and construction, environmental law and energy.
An expert in the operational management of real estate assets and in perfecting administrative procedures for the approval of variances and urban plans, as well as in obtaining permits for real estate redevelopment and development interventions, Benedetta extends her expertise to environmental issues, such as remediation, waste disposal, strategic and environmental impact assessments, integrated environmental authorizations, and, more generally, to issues related to decision-making processes in public administrations.
