Osborne Clarke advises the Municipality of Sanremo in project financing works for the requalification of the Old Port

Osborne Clarke is advising the Municipality of Sanremo in the private initiative project financing relating to the concession for the design, construction, management and operation of the entire "Porto Vecchio" area, an initiative involving an overall investment of approximately Euro 50 million.

Confirming its experience in the sector of infrastructures and public-private partnerships, OC has been instructed to assist the local authority in the phase concerning the issue by the various bodies and competent authorities of all the relevant authorisations relating to the proposal declared to be of public interest, and to prepare all the tender documentation.
