Osborne Clarke advised Antirion SGR S.p.A., asset manager of the Antirion Global - Core Compartment Real Estate Fund in the ambit of a financing involving, as inter alia,  original lender, mandated lead arranger and green structuring advisor, BayernLB, assisted by DLA Piper.

The financing, with an overall value of Euro 60 million, related to property owned by the Fund in via Don Sturzo, Milan – qualified as an Eligible Green Project in consideration of the positive impact on the environment, deriving from the inclusion of said property in the “Green Building” category – and in via Laurentina, Rome. 

Osborne Clarke‘s team was led in the negotiation and completion of the financing transaction by  partner Andrea Pinto with associate Laura Cipollone and trainee Filippo Garramone. 

The financing was negotiated, on behalf of Antirion SGR S.p.A., by Manlio Gerbella (CFO) and Monica Tacconi (Head of Finance Department), with Finance Specialist Rosa Mancuso.
