Osborne Clarke advises Merk & Kremont on the investment in HAT Music S.r.l.

Osborne Clarke has advised Merkandkremont S.r.l. on its investment in HAT Music S.r.l., a rapidly growing Italian digital platform aimed at facilitating access to the music industry through the use of artificial intelligence, connecting emerging artists with professionals across the music sector.

The investor is linked to the duo of international producers Merk & Kremont, known – amongst other things – for having been part of the artistic team behind the opening ceremony of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, producers of the song that recently won the 76th edition of the Sanremo Festival, as well as producers of countless chart-topping hits.

Osborne Clarke advised the investor on the transaction with a team comprising partners Andrea Pinto and Luca Saraceni and associates Alessandro Generali and Alessandra Mioni.
