Osborne Clarke advises the management team on the launch of Radiant Financial Group

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the management team of the Radiant Financial Group on its launch. The Radiant Financial Group is a new consolidator of IFA businesses, the first established primarily around shared culture and values. The Group currently comprises CWB, PPS and ReSource Mortgages.

The Group has been established with the backing of Apiary Capital, which has invested in the Group and is now the majority shareholder.

Radiant’s core strength is based around its ability to address the entire spectrum of financial needs of companies, their owners and their employees as private individuals. The Group currently consists of 20 advisers with AUM of £800m.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by Partner Tim Hewens with support from Senior Associate Seamus McKimm, Associate Busayo Yusuff (from the Private Equity team) and Associate Lara Flynn (employment).
