Osborne Clarke has advised Itelyum, leader in Italy and in Europe in the regeneration of used lubricating oils, in the purification of solvents and in the integrated management of industrial waste, in the acquisition, through Itelyum Regeneration S.p.A., from FCM Finanziaria Commerciale Marittima S.r.l. of 70% of the share capital of the companies Crismani Ecologia S.r.l, SEA Service S.r.l. and Navigazione Stoini S.r.l., all operating in the management of environmental services in the port sector in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and in Slovenia. 

Osborne Clarke acted as legal advisor to the buyer with partners Giovanni Penzo (M&A) and Giorgio Lezzi (public law), coordinating a multi-disciplinary team composed of Myriam Ambrosio and Matteo Tracanella (corporate), Angelo Maria Quintieri, Giulia Bonzini and Giulia Minerva (administrative) and Cristina del Pezzo di Caianello and Vincenzo Colasante (employment).

For the ITELYUM group, the transaction was managed by Managing Director Marco Codognola, the business development and M&A team composed of Flavio Ferrari and Greta Rognoni and General Counsel Laura Zanin and legal specialist Giorgia Ghibaudo.
