Osborne Clarke advises Itelyum in the acquisition of Holding Gestione Ambiente S.p.A.

Osborne Clarke has advised Itelyum - a leader in the management, valorisation and recycling of industrial waste - in the acquisition of Holding Gestione Ambiente S.p.A., and therefore of the subsidiaries Gruppo Gestione Ambientale (GSA) S.r.l, Veteres S.r.l and Progetto Servizi Ambiente (PSA) S.r.l, which form a group of companies specialised in the liquid waste management sector, in particular in the treatment of industrial waters, including solvent waters.

The acquisition forms part of Itelyum's broader growth strategy, which aims to strengthen its leadership in the Italian market of hazardous industrial waste management, including through platforms with technologically advanced plants capable of extracting maximum value from waste. In particular, in the wastewater sector, which is a very important vertical sector. The integration of GSA and the other companies takes place within an entrepreneurial ecosystem that shares the same values of innovation, sustainability and valorisation of resources.
