Osborne Clarke advises Gruppo CAP on the €100 million green loan granted by the EIB

Osborne Clarke advised CAP Group on a €100 million green loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) to implement the 2025-2030 investment plan for the redevelopment of water and water treatment infrastructure in the Milan metropolitan area.

The project, divided into 29 investment components in the company's service area, complies with the EIB's Green Loan Principles and Climate Action and Environmental Sustainability criteria.

Osborne Clarke acted with a multidisciplinary team led by partner Antonio Fugaldi, assisted by junior associate Ilaria Cutolo on financial aspects and partner Giorgio Lezzi, Head of Public Law & Infrastructure, on public law aspects.
