Osborne Clarke advises Egea Acque on the sale of the business unit responsible for managing the integrated water services in the Cuneo area to Cogesi S.c.r.l. et al

The acquisition by Cogesi S.c. r.l. and its consortium members ALAC S.p.A., SISI S.p.A. and Alpi Acque S.p.A. of the business unit of Egea Acque S.p.A. relating to the management of the integrated water service (“SII”) has been completed.

Having finalised the remaining financial terms with Egea Acque S.p.A., Cogesi and its consortium members have therefore taken over, for all legal purposes, the management of the integrated water service within the territory corresponding to Optimal Territorial Area no. 4 (Cuneo).

Osborne Clarke advised Egea Acque S.p.A. with a team led by partner Giovanni Penzo, assisted by associate Matteo Tracanella, on all contractual aspects relating to the sale, and with a team led by partner Giorgio Lezzi, assisted by senior associate Federica Fischetti, on all administrative law aspects of the transaction.
