Osborne Clarke advised Bastei Lübbe AG on the sale of a majority stake in Daedalic GmbH to the management of the game developer from Hamburg. Bastei Lübbe had held 51 percent of the company's shares since 2014.

Under the leadership of Rudolf-Matthias Hübner (Corporate), a team from Osborne Clarke advised Bastei Lübbe AG on this transaction. In 2018 Osborne Clarke already accompanied the German publisher in the sale of the so-called "puzzle section" by way of an asset deal to Keesing Deutschland GmbH.
