Osborne Clarke advises Aubay (Euronext Paris) on the negotiation of the commercial lease for its new headquarter (approximately 5,000 m²) within the Akoya 1 building in Boulogne-Billancourt

Osborne Clarke advised Aubay, a French company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange (Euronext) and specialising in IT services and digital transformation, on the negotiation of its commercial lease for its new headquarter located within the Akoya 1 building in Boulogne-Billancourt (92100).

The AKOYA building is situated in the Trapèze district of Boulogne-Billancourt, an area undergoing extensive urban regeneration for several years, formerly occupied by the Renault factories on Île Seguin.

The leased premises cover an area of approximately 4,742 m² spread over nine floors, from the ground floor to the seventh floor.

The lease was concluded with a joint ownership group represented by the management company La Française Real Estate Managers.
