Osborne Clarke advised Farad Insurance Broker Italia on its acquisition by First Advisory

First Advisory, a company indirectly controlled by funds managed by Nextalia sgr, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Farad Insurance Broker Italia, an independent insurance broker operating in the private insurance segment and in the brokerage of insurance solutions for the wealth management market.

Osborne Clarke advised Farad Insurance Broker Italia on all corporate aspects, with a team led by partner Alessandro Villa, assisted by lawyer Myriam Ambrosio. 

The purchaser was assisted by Chiomenti.
