Mirastar, operator specialsied in industrial and logistics platform in partnership with KKR, has purchased two logistics properties in Origgio (MI) and Settimo Torinese (TO), with a total surface area of c. 41,400 square metres. The two acquisitions were executed by the Italian Real Estate Fund STAR PAS ITA, managed by Namira SGR S.p.A. These deals are part of the joint venture’s last mile and infill aggregation strategy across Europe focussing on best in class locations.

Osborne Clarke advised the Mirastar/KKR Joint Venture in all phases of the two purchases and the financing with a team led by partners Simone Monesi and Andrea Pinto with associates Roberto Salis, Laura Cipollone, Giulia Lauria and trainee Beatrice Gavino.

GOP advised the seller in all stages of the sale of the property in Settimo Torinese (TO).
