We launched the first OC Menopause Lounge on Tuesday 14 June, led by OC Age Partner Champion, Danielle Kingdon and Head of Inclusion & Corporate Responsibility, Bola Gibson .
The Lounges will be informal spaces for employees to get together to discuss all things related to menopause. Whether our people are affected themselves currently, wondering about the future, or they would like to discuss how theycan support your colleagues / family members / friends, this is designed to be a place for them.
The first session had no set agenda and those in attendance discussed how they would like the group to run, how often to meet, in person or online or both and what they would like to get out of it. We have also set up a teams group to continue the conversations outside of set times and share resources.
