To raise awareness of International Men's Day, we welcomed Anthea Sully, Chief Executive of White Ribbon UK, to speak on our virtual panel 'The power of positive masculinity'.

White Ribbon is the UK's leading charity engaging men and boys to end violence against women and girls. This was an insightful discussion where we learnt about the importance of transforming behavioural norms, setting a good example in society and active allyship in the workplace.

At Osborne Clarke we work hard to sustain an inclusive culture so that our people can be themselves at work and feel like they belong. Check out Colin Stratton, Omar Al-Nuaimi, Gavin Underwood and Ed Socha who have shared their thoughts about positive masculinity and how it can create a healthy society.
