GPBL, Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and Osborne Clarke, in the first acquisition by the “SGT CPI 2 Italy Real Estate Fund” managed by Sagitta SGR and underwritten by funds managed by Crescendo Real Estate Advisors LLP

Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici  and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati advised Sagitta Sgr, an Italian asset management company belonging to the Arrow Global Group in the first acquisition by the “SGT CPI 2 Italy Real Estate Fund”, underwritten by funds managed by the UK Crescendo Real Estate Advisors LLP.

Osborne Clarke advised BPER Banca S.p.A., which partially financed the acquisition, providing the fund with a medium-long term cash loan pursuant to the specific rules on land loans (credito fondiario) under articles 38 et seq Banking Code.

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati advised on the tax aspects of the transaction.
