Tundun Basorun

Tundun is an Associate in the Corporate team based in the London office.

Tundun advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments (acting for both management teams and investors), venture and growth capital investments, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, and general corporate advisory work. She works across a variety of sectors, including financial services, the built environment, and life sciences and healthcare.

Tundun trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified in September 2025.

During her training contract, Tundun spent six months on secondment at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), where she supported its legal and recoveries team on a number of significant, high-profile recovery matters involving failed financial services firms.
