Tomasz is an attorney-at-law trainee and works as a Junior Associate in the decarbonization team. He specializes in European and international environmental law, focusing on carbon pricing instruments and greenwashing.

Thanks to his experience in government administration, he has in-depth knowledge of the Polish and EU legislative process and proceedings before EU bodies, including the Court of Justice of the EU.

Tomasz assists clients in navigating the legislative process, identifying regulatory risks, and compliance with European and international climate and carbon management regulations, including EU ETS, carbon market regulations (Article 6 of the Paris Agreement and VCM) and sectoral emission standards.

He also advises on anti-greenwashing regulations, the circular economy, packaging regulations, extended producer responsibility and sustainability reporting. He supports businesses with introducing products on market, and helps clients prepare for future supply chain obligations, including minimising deforestation.
