Simi Lawal

Simi is an Associate in the Real Estate team with experience across a broad range of commercial real estate matters.

She advises on all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, infrastructure and utilities, investment, development, real estate finance and landlord and tenant. In her day to day, Simi acts on behalf of institutional landlords, investors, lenders, corporate occupiers and has experience working on portfolio transactions and corporate real estate matters.

Simi studied Law at the University of Reading and qualified as a solicitor in 2022.
