Séverine Genc

Séverine Genc is a lawyer in Osborne Clarke’s Commercial and Competition Law department.

She advises on commercial law, distribution law and commercial contracts, with a particular focus on franchise and distribution networks.

Séverine acts for clients in both advisory and contentious matters, especially in connection with the structuring and expansion of their business activities and networks, risk assessment and the management of commercial disputes.

She assists clients with their day-to-day operational issues as well as their strategic projects, and represents them in commercial and distribution-related litigation.

Séverine holds a Master’s Degree (M2) in Contract Law and Practice from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. She was admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2022.
