Sari is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke’s TMC team in Amsterdam, specialising in technology, data and digital regulation. She helps clients negotiate robust technology and data contracts, design compliant, business‑aligned policies, and shape strategic positioning.

Her experience includes secondments at Meta, Capgemini and Unilever and a senior strategy role at the Dutch Data Protection Authority, where she coordinated oversight of the Data Act, the DSA, eIDAS 2.0 and the AI Act.
