Sarah McCool

Sarah is an Associate Director in the Projects team, specializing in construction and engineering procurement.

She provides procurement, contract preparation and contract operation advice to clients across a number of industry sectors including commercial development, residential development, education, PFI, health and infrastructure.

Sarah has experience in negotiating, drafting and advising on the full range of construction and engineering documentation, including construction contracts (both bespoke and industry standard forms), consultant documentation, framework and term contracts, development agreements and other bespoke project and infrastructure agreements together with the full range of related security documents.

Sarah qualified as a solicitor at Bevan Brittan LLP in 2009 and joined Osborne Clarke 2014.
