Sabine Wahl, LL.M.

As a Counsel at Osborne Clarke Sabine Wahl has a broad experience in advising international and German clients in all employment law matters, in particular with regard to remuneration systems, designing contracts for managing directors and leading negotiations with the clients’ works councils. 

Her focus is to assist clients in the Tech, Media and Comms sector with her sector knowledge as well as all employment clients, also by providing advice more efficiently thanks to legal tech applications she is developing. For example, Sabine designed and published a severance calculator in cooperation with OC Solutions (OC Services GmbH) that provides quick and realistic estimations for employers on the amount of severance payments for mutual cancellation and additional guidance on severance negotiations in Germany.
