Sabine advises her German and international clients on all matters of individual and collective employment law.
She focuses on French-German legal dealings, remuneration systems in companies and in the Tech, Media and Comms sector.
Sabine supports her clients, among others, in designing employment contracts for managing directors and board members. She provides advice on aspects of collective employment law as well as on judicial disputes such as in the case of terminations pending a change of contract or terminations of employment or possible damage compensation claims in cases of alleged discrimination.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in July 2007 Sabine obtained a degree as French “Maître en droit” within the integrated French-German law course at the Universities of Cologne and Paris I and completed her legal traineeship in Aachen.
