Rosie Shaw

Rosie is an Associate in Osborne Clarke's Construction & Engineering Disputes team, based in London. She has been involved in varied and complex disputes across the Energy and Energy Transition, Built Environment, Mobility and Infrastructure sectors. 

Rosie advises on various types of disputes including payment, delay, defects, and building safety related claims. She has acted for investor clients, developers, contractors and sub-contractors. Her experience includes litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, the County Court, adjudication and mediation. She also advises in a project counsel role to help clients resolve disputes at an early stage on live projects.
