Rocco Cicchetti

Rocco specialises in corporate and commercial law. 

He assists Italian and international companies on extraordinary transactions - including acquisitions and shareholders' agreements - as well as on a broad range  of commercial contracts and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.

Rocco’s experience spans a variety of industries, and includes assisting clients with the structuring and documentation of their commercial relationships, the management of internal governance, and the handling of compliance-driven contractual requirements.

He has developed a strong focus on the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector and increasingly supports clients on sector-specific corporate, commercial and regulatory issues, with particular attention to regulatory and reputational risks affecting pharmaceutical companies. He also advises on the manufacture and marketing of pharmaceutical products, active substances, medical devices and food supplements.
