Rob acts for national and regional housebuilders. He advises on site assembly in readiness for plot disposals and the associated infrastructure work.
Rob has over 20 years of experience in residential property transactions and he regularly deals with the property aspects of lease extensions (both statutory and voluntary). He also reviews existing plot documents (management agreements, transfers and associated agreements) for clients to make sure that the existing documents reflect the current market trends.
Rob is a member of our Plot Management team and assists in the development of our Plot Conveyancing team.

I am a mentor to members of our Plot team and play an active part in their development as part of the Plot Management Team. I sit on the OC Pride Committee and work to highlight the issues faced by members of the community. We are also committed to ensuring that Osborne Clarke continues to be a diverse employer.
I have worked with our OC Solutions team to create a project management tool that was used to help review the plot documentation for a leading Housebuilder.

Advised the client on a wholesale review of their plot documentation and exit strategy to ensure it was fit for purpose and followed the current market trends.

Formed part of the project team carrying out a review of the life cycle of a plot transaction from site set up to close down of the site. Contributed to the drafting of various documents and assisted in the implementation of the new way of working within the internal team carrying out this work.
Complex Schemes
Dealt with a site set up involving a number of management companies and considering the various exit strategies. Consideration had to be given to the heat supply arrangement and how that was incorporated within the site.
