Oliver Darvill

Oliver is a specialist adviser to alternative asset managers and investors, with a particular focus on real estate, private equity and venture capital funds.

Oliver advises on fund formation, investments, co-investments, joint ventures and secondary transactions for new and established managers as well as institutional investors.  He also advises on fund regulation and marketing.

Oliver has extensive knowledge and experience of fund structures in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions.

Oliver joined Osborne Clarke in 2017 as a trainee and qualified as an Associate in September 2019.  He has worked in both the London and Bristol offices and has also undertaken two client secondments.

With environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations becoming an increasingly influential driver in the investment fund space, I have a particular interest in helping clients to integrate ESG into their businesses, including through compliance with regulatory obligations and by advising on the implementation of market best practices across their fundraisings and operations.
