Nina is a Junior Associate in the Intellectual Property team, specialising in trade marks, copyright and regulatory matters, with experience in litigation and media law.

Nina combines experience in intellectual property law with litigation and advisory work. She advises clients on trade mark and copyright matters, including infringement disputes and IP due diligence, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and medical industries.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Nina gained experience in a well-known intellectual property boutique, as well as in international law firms and a media law practice.

Recent work

Nina advised on the market entry of an innovative technology startup, providing support on intellectual property and regulatory aspects of its commercial launch.

She also assisted with the IP due diligence of a medical sector company, including review and analysis of intellectual property rights and related risks.

Nina supported the development and production of a digital media channel, focusing on intellectual property and copyright aspects.

She also advised clients from the tobacco and gaming sectors on intellectual property and regulatory matters, including issues relating to IP protection and enforcement.
