Nikitas Michail

Nikitas specialises in commercial law with a particular focus on distribution networks and retail contracts as well as on domestic and cross-border disputes.

Nikitas holds a master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCLouvain) and an LLM in Intellectual Property & ICT law from the Catholic University of Leuven (KULeuven).

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Nikitas gained experience in a boutique Brussels law firm and worked as researcher and assistant lecturer at the Catholic University of Louvain (UClouvain) where he conducted research in European law, international litigation and conflict of laws.
