Nemir Ali advises on contractual and regulatory issues in the field of renewable energies and energy transition, with a particular focus on industrial clients and innovative business models.

After studying in Osnabrück and A Coruña (Spain), he completed his legal clerkship in Osnabrück, Berlin and Brussels. Subsequently, he worked in the German Bundestag and the Federal Ministry of Justice. Since 2025, he has been a lawyer at Osborne Clarke.
