Moa Lundmark

Moa Lundmark is an associate in Osborne Clarke's Banking & Finance practice group, focusing on financial services, transactions, FinTech and financial regulatory matters.

Moa advises banks, financial institutions, sponsors and corporations across a wide range of financial transactions. Her practice encompasses a variety of acquisition financings, corporate lending, real-estate finance, venture debt and asset financings, focusing predominantly on multijurisdictional cross-border transactions.

In addition to her banking and finance practice, Moa advises on equity financings and general corporate finance matters.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Moa worked for another global law firm and also has experience from the Administrative Court in Stockholm.

Moa Lundmark holds a LL.M. from Umeå University.
