Megan Forbes

Megan is a Senior Associate in our Planning team. Megan acts for developers, investors and local planning authorities on all aspects of planning law.

Megan has experience in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning law including section 106 and highways agreements, Community Infrastructure Levy, Transport and Works Acts Orders, enforcement, environmental assessments, mixed-use developments and judicial review. 

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I am passionate about using my legal skills to provide pro bono advice and support non-profit initiatives. I regularly deliver workshops on the law of consent to secondary school pupils with the Schools Consent Project, and recently travelled to Lesvos to volunteer with European Lawyers in Lesvos.
