Max Kießling, LL.M. (Aberdeen)
Max advises and represents national and international clients in complex civil law disputes.
He specializes in advising on all matters of general civil and commercial law as well as civil procedure law, with a focus on the life sciences & healthcare and energy sectors, where Max represents clients both in and out of court, particularly in contractual disputes, tort claims, and preliminary proceedings. Max also assists with the strategic preparation of litigation, the development of conflict management strategies, and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Before Max joined Osborne Clarke’s Disputes and Risk Practice Group in October 2024 he studied law in Passau and pursued his master’s degree in Aberdeen, Scotland. During his clerkship in Berlin, he worked for the German Federal Ministry of Finance and the German Embassy in Washington, D.C.
