Marta Tiraboschi
Marta specialises in banking, financial, insurance and payments regulation, with over ten years' experience advising supervised entities on compliance matters, extraordinary transactions and their engagement with Supervisory Authorities, with a particular focus on digital finance and regulatory innovation.
Marta advises financial intermediaries - banks, investment firms, asset managers, payment institutions, and other supervised entities - across the full spectrum of regulated activities, from day-to-day compliance management and the launch of new products and services, to the structuring of corporate transactions. She supports control functions and business teams in managing relationships with the Supervisory Authorities, in authorisation and supervisory proceedings, and in preparing periodic regulatory reports and delivering training activities.
She has developed strong expertise in drafting and reviewing contractual documentation, internal policies and procedures, as well as in designing governance and organisational frameworks to support regulatory change. Her practice also encompasses digital finance - with a particular focus on innovative payment services, crypto-assets and the evolving regulatory framework - as well as sustainable finance and the regulatory implications of emerging business models.
I believe that real regulatory advice goes beyond ensuring compliance - it should help clients turn change into opportunity. The financial sector is constantly evolving, driven by digitalisation, sustainability and new business models, and I strive to offer advice that anticipates these trends rather than simply responding to them.
I also believe strongly in knowledge-sharing and training: working closely with clients' internal teams to build a genuine compliance culture from within, so that organisations are better equipped to face tomorrow's challenges with confidence.
