Luisa Jakobs advises national and international clients on intellectual property, competition and pharmaceutical law, with a particular focus on the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.

She advises companies on licence agreements and the protection of intellectual property. Further key areas of her practice include drug and medical devices advertising law, food law and the regulatory advice of pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech companies.

During her studies, she worked at a chair for information society and intellectual property law and completed her legal traineeship with two law firms specialised in intellectual property law.
