She conducts internal audits and maps processes across all business units to identify workflow bottlenecks, implementing solutions to automate manual processes and reduce inefficiencies.
Laurann partners with legal teams to win new mandates by designing bespoke digital solutions, such as assets and contracts management hubs and knowledge platforms, directly enhancing client experience.
Laurann holds an LL.M. from Maastricht University, specialising in International and European Law and Market Integration, and completed a Data Science Bootcamp at IronHack, where she received the Vinted/IronHack scholarship to promote the impact of women in Tech.
I'm passionate about driving adoption of Generative AI and ensuring legal teams see real, measurable value from technology. I believe in creating efficient, user-centred solutions that transform how legal services are delivered and improve the experience for both colleagues and clients.
