Lara is an Associate in the Employment team in Brussels. Admitted to the Brussels Bar in September 2020, she advises and assists her clients on a daily basis on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law, as well as social security law.

Her practice covers, in particular, the drafting and termination of employment contracts, support during restructuring, collective redundancies and transfers of undertakings, as well as the management of relations with employee representative bodies. She also represents her clients before the Belgian labour courts in disputes relating to employment and social security law.

Lara graduated in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2019 and obtained a Master's degree specialising in labour law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2020. In 2026, she joined Osborne Clarke, bringing with her experience gained at leading international law firms.
