Kieran Galbraith
Kieran Galbraith advises national and international companies on all questions regarding German and European data protection law relating to the use and protection of data.
During her law studies in Osnabrück with additional economic education, she worked at a Chair for Criminal Law and, among other things, was active in the cybercrime practice group.
After studying law, she worked as a research assistant for an international law firm. During her subsequent legal training (“Referendariat”) she inter alia worked for another leading international law firm focusing on antitrust law and completed her elective legal clerkship in London.
Kieran joined Osborne Clarke's Hamburg office in March 2026 and has since specialised in data protection law.
