Holding a Master 2 in Employment Law, Justine has joined Osborne Clarke as an Associate in the Employment team in December 2020.

Justine’s work involves assisting national and international clients in litigation matters before the Labour Courts relating to individual and collective employment relationships.

She also advises these clients with non-litigation matters and their day-to-day employment issues.

Justine specialized in Employment law during her studies. She wrote a memorandum on the “The evidence of an employee’s fault in the digital era: comparison of British and French law”.
