Justin Edgar is a partner at Osborne Clarke's London office, part of a growing team of expert Corporate lawyers.

Justin specialises in domestic and cross border M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and joint ventures. He has a particular sector focus in TMT – including the transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of B2B and B2C platforms in fintech and edtech - and financial services, advising financial institutions and insurance MGAs and brokers.

He has over 20 years’ experience advising corporates, sponsors and management teams on corporate M&A, investment transactions and board advisory matters. During his career he has advised on multiple high profile domestic and cross border transactions. His work was recognised by Legal 500 during his time at DWF where his team was ranked in Band 1 by Legal 500 for "M&A: Smaller Deals, £10m-£100m." Clients he has acted for include BPP Education Group, BT Group, Aventum Group and TDR Capital.
