Julia advises on a wide range of employment related matters, such as managing employee conflicts and disputes, confidentiality and post-termination restrictions, employee exits, redundancies, TUPE and defending tribunal claims brought against employers. She also advises investors, buyers and sellers on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Julia has a particular interest in employment related data protection matters and the life sciences sector.

Julia joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 2010 and qualified into the Employment team in 2012. Prior to this, Julia spent 7 years working as a Speech & Language Therapist for the NHS, giving her valuable experience of working outside of the legal profession and in the public sector.
